One of the strongest aspects of the alliance between the United States and Israel is the economic relationship, high tech partnerships, and shared investments. This bill will help strengthen that relationship by allowing more Israeli high skilled workers to enter the United States.

This bill increases the per-country cap on family-based immigrant visas from 7% of the total number of such visas available that year to 15%, and eliminates the 7% cap for employment-based immigrant visas.
