Since the onset of Hamas's attacks, thousands of rockets have been fired into Israel, causing significant loss of life and injuries. Reports confirm that Americans are among those killed. Iran, recognized as the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism, has been implicated in planning attacks on Israel through its Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

While your administration has designated these Iranian funds for humanitarian use, the inherent fungibility of financial resources poses a risk that they could be redirected to hostile activities, including further actions against Israel.

Given these grave concerns, I implore your administration to act swiftly by rescinding the waivers that allowed the conversion and transfer of these Iranian funds and reallocating these frozen funds to Israel for humanitarian relief and defense capabilities.
